Mihuevos started in the restaurant business. Years of running the back-of-house side of an egg-focused restaurant meant one thing above all: sourcing eggs, constantly — and learning exactly what separates a great egg from an average one, and what it actually costs to get it.
That's where the idea came from. Access to genuinely high-quality eggs at prices most people never see, because they're built into a restaurant's supply chain, not a grocery aisle. We wanted to open that up — bring the same quality and the same pricing straight to LA households on a subscription, no restaurant required.
But eggs turned out to be bigger than just breakfast. The more we learned, the more we wanted to share — so alongside delivery, Mihuevos is building out real, useful egg education for anyone who wants it. However you eat your eggs, whatever you're curious about, we're here for the whole egg-lover community.
